Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Santiagostudio handles personal data submitted through this website.
1. Data controller
Controller: Santiago Lleras Lernoud, trading as Santiagostudio. Contact email: info@santiagostudio.es. The website is operated from Spain.
2. Data collected
When you use the contact form, I may collect your name, email address, company, website, selected service and the information you include about your project. I may also receive technical information necessary to secure and operate the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To respond to enquiries and assess whether a project may be a good fit, based on your consent and the steps you ask me to take before entering into a contract.
- To prepare proposals, deliver services and manage a professional relationship when you become a client.
- To comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations where applicable.
- I do not currently use enquiry data to send marketing communications unless you separately request or agree to them.
4. Service providers
The contact form currently uses FormSubmit to transmit enquiries to info@santiagostudio.es. Email, hosting and technical service providers may process data only as needed to provide their services. Their involvement and locations may change if the website infrastructure changes.
5. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards should be confirmed with the provider and reflected in an updated version of this policy.
6. Retention
Enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is necessary to manage a potential or existing professional relationship. Client and invoicing records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact info@santiagostudio.es to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
8. Security and changes
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change.
