Legal
Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the basis on which Santiagostudio provides independent SEO, GEO and content services to B2B clients.
1. Services
Services may include organic growth and keyword strategy, SEO + GEO content, SEO blog content, content optimisation, conversion-focused copy, landing pages, website content and LinkedIn ghostwriting. The exact scope is defined in the applicable proposal.
2. Enquiries and acceptance
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. A collaboration begins only when the scope, fee, timeline and other relevant terms have been confirmed in writing by both parties.
3. Fees and payment
- Published prices are indicative and are shown with VAT included where VAT is legally applicable. The final proposal or invoice will identify the tax treatment that applies to the engagement.
- Monthly packages are normally invoiced and paid in advance at the start of each monthly delivery period.
- For one-off projects, the recommended structure is 50% before work begins and 50% on delivery of the agreed work, unless the written proposal states otherwise.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope, including additional revision rounds, is quoted or charged separately.
4. Briefings, materials and delivery
- The client must provide a clear briefing, accurate business information, necessary access and the images or brand assets required for the agreed deliverables.
- The maximum three-business-day delivery period begins once the briefing, source material and required access have been received.
- If the client delays the briefing, feedback, approvals or materials, the delivery date moves accordingly.
- Each blog article or LinkedIn post includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are charged separately.
5. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for checking the accuracy, legality and suitability of information supplied for publication, including claims, product details, regulated statements and third-party materials. The client must have the right to provide any images, data or documents supplied to Santiagostudio.
6. Intellectual property and portfolio use
After full payment, the client may use, publish, reproduce and adapt the final content delivered for its own business purposes. Santiagostudio retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, research processes and know-how. I may display completed work in my portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality or the written agreement says otherwise. Website design, copy and original materials created for santiagostudio.es remain the property of Santiagostudio.
7. Confidentiality
Confidential information identified by the client will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed except where required by law or necessary to provide the agreed service. Confidentiality requirements should be confirmed before work begins.
8. Search and AI outcomes
SEO and GEO work is designed to improve relevance, discoverability and the quality of content. I do not guarantee a specific Google ranking, AI citation, traffic level, lead volume, conversion rate or business outcome. AI visibility also depends on factors outside my control, including the company’s authority, third-party mentions, links, competition and changes to search systems.
9. Pausing or ending a collaboration
A monthly collaboration may be ended before the next billing period, subject to the notice agreed in the proposal. Work already started, delivered or reserved for the current period remains payable. Any cancellation or pause terms agreed in writing take priority.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Spain, subject to mandatory legal protections.
